Directions to use the salt:

1. Pour 50gr to 100 grams in full bathtub water and dissolve it completely. This makes your muscles flexible and removes fatigue it also causes the brightness of the skin.
2. For better sweating and clearing your skin pore, you should pour and solve 250 gr to 300 gr of the salt in full bathtub water and remain 30 minutes in it. It removes guck and dirt together with your sweat.
3. Then wash your body and if still sweating wear an underwear and drink more water to compensate the shortage.
